Sounds like it will work though.  Other than returning close to the pickup may cause aerating the fuel. I removed the tanks cleaned them out really good and welded a -8 bung near the filler neck.

yeah i thought about that, but ill jsut use a fitting that dumps it at the top of the tank. No pickup tube. Its about 12 inches above the pickup maybe more

Ok, but install a Hobbs style saftey switch on the Nitrous fuel line between the regulator and the solenoid incase the fuel presure drops it will then turn the Nitrous off.

thats a good idea

I have a Fuel pressure gauge at the dash i monitor

Was just thinkig. When im on the bottle im on the left tank. Its the one that the race fuel goes into

As a precaution. Icould only run the nitrous with the return going to the other tank if that makes sense

Summit has them. They are adjustable and will save a motor if fuel psi drops.

If the tank is 1/2 tank or better it prob won't matter.

BTW. I'm still a rookie at this boat stuff. Spent many years drag racing PSCA on Nitrous though. The fuel system was easy in a car lol. I think I have a handle on my setup now but GOT SHUT OFF VALVES lol

yeah im in the same boat (pun intended) as you are.

I cant believe how much attention a boat's fuel system needs compared to a cars. The car was easy lol

Yeah lol.  I had my -10 pick ups going through a Enderle fuel shut off valve with selected witch tank to drink out of and the Nitrous would shut off just after the hit of turning it on. I found the Enderle valve had small ports internally.  I replaced with -10 shut off valves and a Y con ector and so far it stays on lol

yeah ive had nothing but fuel issues with this thing. Aeromotive blames cavitation. I just dont see it cativating.

The pressure gauge at the dash doesnt move. But it also has a 15 foot line. Everything is gravity fed, everything is overkill. My valves are 1/2" pipe so they arent a restriction. I just think the aero pump wasnt a good idea in my case.

Idk, it's what they use here at my job. I'm just the diesel Mechanic. But when I need something made they plug me into a chair and a pc and make me learn lol.  I had to take more measurements last night because my water valve for exhaust is at the bottom of my seat and right in the middle so it will hit the bottle. So I'm making adjustments today if I have time.
