Bought spark plugs, oil pan gasket and a couple of blue bumpers for tying up.

Took the seats out of the boat. Need to redo the wood then find an upholstery shop. Also thinking about adding a second bucket seat instead of having the wrap around couch.

Got the dominator bowl installed and made a set of transom plates finally. This will make messing with the impeller easier. FYI a rental table saw from home depot cuts aluminum like butter

Dropped the heads off at the shop to check the clearances. Plus got my measurements done and ordered my pushrods. Close to assembly time.

Took the boat up to storage in needles. Ran it on the river. Water was very choppy. Got a new best mph of 82 on GPS. have video soon

You have a good starting point looks good I've wound of double plated the transom plates just in case you need to access to clean out.
