Almost done with glass and soon be doing the carpet. Had to redo all the wood pretty much the hole inside of hull. A little here and there because of work but finely almost at the end.

Tanks were nasty and a hell of a job to clean but got it done and mounted last week. New senders and fuel pick ups shouldn't be a problem with crap in the the fuel filters no more.

She definitely loved boats and going fast. I wish I had been around for it. All this happened when my dad was growing up. One day I'll break into boat racing. My dad even raced the Parker Enduro at one time. If you were in Parker back then you possibly remember Sports Valley it was owned and operated by my dad's aunt and uncle.

What are the cons to running long battery cables if I wanted to have my cut off switch for the battery right behind my seat? Other than the long cables.

This is the idea but on the driver side.. Flaming river cut off switch use them on the kenworths since operators never seem to turn off lights.

nah, been thinking about it but pretty much decided to go all new og style. I'll save the buckets for the next one. Gonna throw some cash at the motor also and try to do something with the pump. It won't be fast but she'll look a lot better. I'm lookin for a hot rod project daily so this might be the last season with the blue boat😏

Took an early day from work to wire and do the final set up on my gauges. Replaced my old tachometer with a depth finder / water and air temp gauge.

I bought my oil and oil filter today. Will be doing an oil change tomorrow, just to let everyone know Napa has vr1 on sale for $4.49 a quart.
