"Private Real Estate Investor" is what my accountant labeled me about 10 years ago. I buy and sale Real Estate , Commercial, Residential to Vacant tracts of land, I fix and resale, fix and rent what ever I can do to make some bucks, I also mortgage some of my sales myself, Hate to see a bank make that interest $. I buy most from Bankruptcy, Sheriff or Tax sales.  RR

i drive a dump truck and haul equipment for a construction co in baldwin park ca...i also had 2 transfer trucks till i got smart and sold them....

I own a diesel emissions retrofitting company in santa fe springs, ca. We do custom exhaust for diesel trucks and retrofit diesel engines to meet the new Californina emissions standards.

I'm a full time production manager and draftsman for a OEM wire and cable machinery manufacture for the past 13 yrs. Part time Street Rod builder car customizer, and "A JACK OF ALL TRADES AND A MASTER OF NONE" Thats what keeps me from paying full price for anything, the only way I keep all my toys.

Ran a Race Kart engine business and team for 15 years, worked for a Nascar team for 3 years, and now back to running a kart team.  Gives me lots of lake time.   :)

smog tech,only tech at the shop right now. had 7 techs under me,went from 50+ hours a week to about 30 work sucks

I guess i have a job but it really doesnt feel like it lately, i am an apprentice in the opperators union... Pretty much sitting on my ass waiting for work to turn around. But i do what needs to be done to keep the lil lady happy n the boat running  ;D
