I'm just a guy who could not care less about baseball on any level what so ever, so I just wondering . . .
what is the point of keeping any stats now that many players even in college are users?
what should be done to keep out drugs when this game has a rich history of cheating?
with the astronomical salaries being paid, don't you want to see balls hit farther and more often than ever
don't you want to see the fastest n the quickest people possible out there?
My first inclination is to brand the ball with the asterisk, but then who do you do that to the next time? Do you keep EVERY guy out of the HoF that is even suspected, or just the guys that Canseco named (he was the guy that wrote the book right?)
Hell motorsports revers guys who cheated as long as they didn't get caught. Why is baseball so different? Do you suppose none of the pitchers that Bonds got HRs off of were on the juice? The guy still had to connect with the ball didn't he? I'm just asking, I really really don't care what they do with him or it so I hope nobody here gets to twisted over these questions.
