OK escrow should close this week. I have already sent the total payment to the title company so i am just waiting on them to finish some inspections.

Anyway I will need a dumpster and probably a demo crew to get the ball rolling. I do not have a free weekend to be out there to supervise until june. So i need some guys that i can trust.

I will also need an HVAC guy to go out there and inspect the ducts and get the unit up and running so that we are not working in the house with no AC.

I will need someone to demo and remove two sheds from the back yard, also pull out the carpet and remove damaged sections of the subfloor. there is also a planter out front of the house that needs to be removed along with the dirt that is in it.

i will need a quote. I have a limited budge to get this place usable. So i have to save money where i can cause it needs a lot of work. The demo could be done over beers with friends one weekend. but I am booked till june. that is why i am thinking of getting a team up there to knock out some of it so that i can just get started on rebuilding in june when i have some free time.
