i know this is a dumb question but i was wondering if anyone had a good online map chinga dera of the upper river so i have a good idea where to locate this beach...i have a good idea but not exactly sure

LOL It's no big deal. Been doing it for years and even the WIFE doesn't need a wet suit. You might consider going to the channel in Havasu where the "water" is warm. Just don't ask how it GOT warm and if it's really water......

If there's any chance that you think you're going to make this trip you should book your room as soon as possible.  The AVI pulls these deals when the rooms start to really book up.  You can always cancel later.

Started cleaning up the Stevens for a little run downriver in a few weeks.  ;D It'll be fun having both boats out at the same time.

6 days left and I can hardly wait. I haven't been able to spend as much time at the shack as I wanted to this summer, so 3 days there off-season is gonna be great. The Stevens is ready to rock, and the Circus boat is more reliable than a Maytag. Time to burn a few gallons and hang on the beach. Ahhhhh......
