My trailer has the axles sooo far forward that scraping driveways was the norm. I would go super slow at an angle until one day all that changed, it caught. That rear crossmember was bent out and turned up. And yes, the trailer hitch was level and all that. The fix was re welding the crossmember. Welding on glider wheels and a drag bar. The greatest improvement came from adding taller tires. I got rid of the 14" and put on 15" trailer tires. I hardly ever drag now. I still can't believe it. I have about 600 miles on this setup. I can count on one hand how many times I dragged ass as opposed to every time like before.
