OK the pump is done except for the Sanger Ring being installed. Tom I am sending you my impeller to see if you can see what I see or think I see. As for the Hull I still have about 4hrs left of work to remove a hook/divet that I have put in doing the repair. The new shoe is constructed as well as the new rideplate. The shaft was good in the pump, only had .002 runout. Still not quite sure what really happened under there but it is almost ready for the lil 466 BBF to go back in, with its new High Flow Dynamics Oil Pump. If everything goes right it will be in the water this weekend. It will be a long road of testing to get some sort of set-up for the race.. I can say the engine was perfect at Ming and that is and was where all our problems had been prior the the NJBA Exhibition Event. I wish I could say I changed a bunch of stuff to come back out and stomp every other boat, but I will just be happy to make the event at this point. I did add a new Ginsu Knife to the boat.
