Check eBay; also, carefull on the replacement grip is you're trying to slim down the gun; my new grip reduced the size subsantially but increased the weight; the rubber, although smaller, was heavier than the original wood grip.

That's where we need to put our foot down; refuse to do that; 'bill of sale' personal transfer is the only way that needs to be done; personal purchases/transfers forced thru a dealer is unbelievable and impediment on rights.
This just goes to show and prove that all of these gun laws are just stupid; the only ones who abide by the law are already law-abiding citizens (maybe I'm wrong; I'm sure the gangers transfer thru dealers also  :-\ )

Well if they really want to get serious... i.e. multiple ass holes the ole lady is great with the shotgun a 3" 12 gauge loaded with 2 shells of 000 buck, 2 00 buck, 3 slugs.
Then of course the good old never fails 30-30 winchester lever action. The others are a bit overkill, especially in a neighborhood.

Thats very good advice Tom.  People seem to forget that when you have a perp and you take him out and that spent round go's through you'r wall and into you'r neighbor's wall and then take's the neighbor out.

Now who's really in trouble?    YOU ARE!

Here an example of your anti gunners at work

Outrage of the Week -- Crossing the Line:  This week's outrage comes from Pasquotank County in North Carolina.

If you want a gun permit in Pasquotank, you can go to the new Pasquotank Public Service Building in Elizabeth City, but you must stand in line.  The only problem is that you, a law-abiding citizen, may have to stand in that line with convicted sex offenders.  That's because if you're there to get a gun permit, there's only one line you're allowed to stand in; and the sign at the head of that line reads, "Gun Permits/Sex Offender Registration."

I have seen some stupid things in my life, but that takes the cake  ::)
When government, elected by the people for the people, forces decent people to indure that kind of sick logic.

On another note...  glad to see you guys use the type of rounds you do (or wepons), so as not to take out the neighbours!  ;)
Just hope non of you ever have to use it, but glad in the same breath you have it if you do  >:D

be safe everyone...   times are always changing

VERY NICE! (I missed this addition to this thread when I wasn't logged on for a while so hadn't seen your gun yet)
Looks just like mine (B4 I changed grips) except it looks like your barrel may be ribbed (I can't really tell); if it is, that's an asset.

It's ribbed. Still haven't shot it yet.

My girlfriend brought one of her friends over the other day and scared the shit out of her... Every corner of our bedroom has  2-3 rifles and shotguns standing in them. I never realized how skiddish people are around guns. She was probably safer at that moment in her life than ever before...

The oldest of my three children is 15; in all those years I had one parent ask me, before letting their kid come over, if there were any guns in the house; I told them that's not their business and left it at that; with that they should've assumed I had guns but the kid was allowed over; which begs the question: why did they ask in the first place.  :banghead:

There's no safer household than the knowledgably armed household.
