Thanksgiving, Mohave BBQ
« on: November 02, 2010, 03:35:59 PM »
We're planing to spend the day on lake Mohave, and need some ideas for a quick BBQ thanksgiving lunch.

Not really feelin burgers, thought about Tri-Tip, maybe some turkey legs/breasts, Pumpkin pie, cole slaw, corn on the cob.............Any ideas?

Only have a small propane grill, and the old coleman 2 burner stove, a couple coolers.

Thanks,

Daniel

X100  I have done the same many times, and it's amazing how frickin awesome it tastes, and how easy it is to warm up. Bring the packaged shredded cheese, cut up some red onion at home and you are good to go       and of course the cold ones
