Butterfly bit or clutch bit, found at Home depot speed and marine  ;)
Found it with a bunch of other regular phillips and flat bit/set

I have used a flat head and gotten away with it. Just gotta be careful not to gouge or score it and leave little burrs that could potentially fall off and clog a jet
