The grinder that did my cam recommended 280ish but the lope of the 300+ is just awesome sounding with the hydraulic roller setup.

280ish at what lift?

I dont remember. I got a cam completely overkill for my application. Just wanted the lope... I think that one was closer to 600.
Had to have a little bit of head work done to accommodate the 680. The other setup would have produced more power. I wanna say it was a 610.

To clear up the confusion tony. The duration was in correlation with .050 of lift.
