Dave, if you sell it how are you gonna put it on another boat ??Sent from my iPhone using SoCalJetBoats mobile app
Damn Dave, every time I see this thing it makes me want to buy a motor and start building it...
Where can I find a gen 6 cam button 3/8 hex head to run my river rat water pump
Never dynoed the motor. But I had a 468 full roller with 990 heads. It pushed my 19 daytona 104 up river in parker. I would say it made a solid 600 hp
Nice, sounds like a healthy combo. How was the idle and part throttle manners? I've always wondered about mechanical injectionSent from my iPhone using SoCal Jet Boats
Come On Couey put some injectors on the beast, it'll make a huge difference Sent from my iPhone using SoCal Jet Boats
Mine idled great and was good part throttle. Just like driving a carb motor. It would load up a little bit coming out of Bluewater in parker. But other than that it was great. I didn't run any bypass valves or anything fancy. Just tuned it really good. There are a million adjustments that can be made with them, one to many turns here or not enough there will screw up the entire set up. But if you can tune then they are great. They take a little work at the river through out the year or if you go different places. Unlike a carb, altitude and barometric pressures will mess up a good tune.
Shit you have 2 1050s on a tunnel ram? How big is the motor? That's a lot of carb
Gotcha. Thanks for the info. I always knew they looked sweet but wondered about the performance and drivability. I have an edelbrock victor ram and dual 1050's currently on mine. Everybody says switch to single carb but I want something with the wow factor when you look at it
Lol, I'm actually up in the air on just going back to the 750s cause they behaved better Sent from my iPhone using SoCal Jet Boats
