Jim, Dennis & Dan thanks again for helping me get back on the water.
I hope everyone had an uneventful trip back home. We had a 45 minute delay on I-40 westbound and another 45 minute delay approaching Kramer junction, 395-58 intersection due to road work. What can you do.

Monday morning as Erika and I were loading the truck we noticed a big dent in the driver side above the fuel fill door. The dent was not there when I filled the truck on Sunday morning or when we parked the boat and wiped it down before going to dinner Sunday evening. I spoke with Pioneer security and they are going to review the surveillance tapes and see if they can come up with something.

It appears that the dent was not caused by vehicular contact, no scratches, no off color paint or evidence of metal on metal contact.
I'm leaning more towards vandalism as the cause of the damage. BUT WHY?

Someone could have had a field day with my boat and a few other boats in the parking lot Sunday night.
Thank God for Insurance. I'll see what the body shop says tomorrow. What a fucking inconvenience!

I'm sure we will never know what Karma has in store for the individual that caused the damage to my truck.
I am thankful that no one else incurred any damage.

Sorry about your truck Dave. You might not want to view the taps? It might have been one of us and you know that drinking and bench racing in the parking lot. One of us could have took a digger into the side of your truck and not realized it lol???

It was great seeing you as always.
I got a call back from the Pioneer.
The security tapes from the parking lot indicate a person next to my truck applying human force (damage) to my truck.
They want me to drive back up, review the tapes and see if I can possibly identify the individual.
We will see how it all works out. What an inconvenience.

Too much time off from work and money to drive back to the Pioneer.

THD that sucks bro. We had a bad problem on the way home too. My truck would only go about 10mph all the way home so instead of taking one hour or so it took 6 hours to get home pulled over about 15 times fuel pump went out and nothing I could in the middle of no were so we just took it slow. I hope u find out who messed up your truck. That's a chicken shit thing to do to a good person. Shit will come back to him we all know carma is a bitch. Also great seeing everybody. 74kona

Just so everyone knows, I inadvertently caused the dent to Daves truck.
I was at his door as soon as I could get there, all paid for, no drama, no worries.
Sorry for not posting on the thread sooner but on the trip we were involved in a collision,
major damage to the truck, minor damage to the boat. Another vehicle lost control and took ours out.
Again, sorry it took a while to post up, I've been trying to deal with all the accident stuff.
I wanted everybody to know that at least on this trip JR didn't do anything malicious to the SCJB crew,
and to make sure he didn't get blamed for something he didn't do.
it was completely my fault for being a dumb ass.
