IT DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO REMOVE IT FROM! A WIRE BRUSH ON A DRILL WITH LIGHT PRESSURE WORKS GREAT FOR REMOVING IT FROM STEEL OR ALUMINUM (BE CAREFULL WITH ALUMINUM). i'VE ALSO USED GASOLINE ON A RAG (WEAR GLOVES)
All I can say is DOW CORNINGĀ® 3527 silicone release agent... just falls off but clean up well if you want anything to stick again Rebel
