The Seat frame on the outside of the stringer does not go down into the "gutter" along the stringer so there is drainage from front to back. The only thing I havent done yet is to put holes in the stringer near the back of the boat to allow it to drain down into the bilge area. i am pretty much working from the front to the back.

   Perfect !!  Thats exactly what I was talking about  .

I also left a gap at the front of the subfloor and the supports for the floor dont go all the way into the "V", so if water is sloshed to the front of the boat between the stringers it has a way to get back to the bilge area.

 Well his pump is still not back in, but the motor went back in (moved back 5", no jetaway).  He got it set in place useing one of my spare pumps so we know its right.  And at least its a running boat again  , and now he has some rear seat leg room.

 btw... My baby got to see the sunlight for the first time after the wet sand and polish,  Jetaholics boat has been stored in front of it all winter so i havent been able to roll it out until today.   I like this boat

  This might not be what you want to hear  , but about the cracks.  That does not look good.  I went back and looked at the other pics of your boat from the motor removal, and I have some questions for you.  How far forward from the transom are the cracks ?   Are thay around the front of the stringer ?  If so you might have a bigger problem than you think, because thats where mine cracked  .  Heres a link to my fix, http://www.socaljetboats.com/index.php?topic=1284.0  .  What I think happened to mine is this.  First the floor starts to leak letting water between the floor and the bottom of the hull .  The foam under there absorbes the water and holds it there rotting the wood in the floor from the inside out.  Also once wet the foam becomes soft (like a sponge),  allowing the bottom of the hull to flex (causing stress cracks around the front of the stringers) .  In the pics of mine you only see one crack but after I sanded off the paint and old repairs  it looked just like yours, lots of small spider web cracks (stress cracks).  This can happen on the trailer !!  Thats why I went back and looked at your other pics.  It looks like your trailer only has two bunks (the 2x4/2x6s) and I cant tell from the pics what size thay are.  But if you look you will notice that the rear supports for the bunks are under the transome and the center supports are way in front of the stringers, so, once the bottom of the boat is not well supported inside it can flex on the trailer every time you hit a bump in the road.  Causing these stress cracks near the front of the stringers . 
 I hope this isnt where your cracks are because its NOT a fun fix !!!!

Speaking of which, I took it out Sunday and it really seemed like it was porpoising a lot over 55MPH  Would stiffening up the floor cause that?  Is there something I can to correct it like rideplate or a cav plate?  Hopefully it was just the rough water, but it really seemed like a rough ride compared to last year...

  Im no expert on this, but heres something ealce to consider.  You removed alot of weight from under the floor (the water soaked foam and wet wood), so you might just need to do some adjustments to your jet-o-vator like you said.  The boat is lighter now and could be trying to carry the bow higher than before.  After removeing the foam (also soaked with water) from mine I can see a difference in how the boat sits in the water and noticed that it seems to ride higher on the water now at speed (judging by looking at the spray from the side of the boat) .   BTW , Mine has always had a problem with porpoising and it seems to have gotten worse after the wet foam came out   .

does anyone know if this interior would fit in my 20ft crusader miniday cruiser. Right now i havethe engine box with the two little seats on either side. iwant to go with a full engine cover and just seast in the center portion of the boat. if the dimensions are correct this interior would be perfect

 I dont think so,  It should fit a 19' or so tunnel boat with an outboard, thay were verry narrow and long (3 rows of seating).
