The question is not if they will sell, the question is, could make any money?

You have a set of mad skills on basically all aspects of mechanical crap. If you could buy the components cheap enough, i think you would do great.

Really enjoy your posts.

the biggest problem i would have with it, is making it modular enough to fit everyones needs and building it in such a way that anyone could understand "what to do next."  gauges are in all different configurations, and depending on engines all the senders are in different places. providing all the necessary connectors and leaving enough extra to reach everything without it getting too messy.

Awesome work!
How is the hatch comming along? I would like to see more of that. I am going to have to do something different with my hatch, now that I am running center rise exhaust. The risers are interfearing with the hatch.
I also have to decide if I want to install the exhaust tips, above the swim step or below.

if i had to do it all over again and didnt already have 4" holes going thru my transom, i would get some S tubes and make it exit below the water line.  dont get me wrong i love the sound of a motor... but my boat is LOUD.  i have another thread somewheres where people are mentioning that pointing my exhaust towards the water and being so close to the water actually makes the sound waves bounce off the water and go everywhere.  did i mention its LOUD?  theres a ton of water coming out of the exhaust.  I'm looking into slip-in mufflers now.

Hey Glenn, I just posted a thread about this, then I thought you may know.
Do you know what the centerline spacing is on the BBC center rise exhaust, from either the crank cl or drive cl?

out with the old.

in with the new.  i needed something smaller so i could fit the 2 trim pumps for my k-planes.  not only is it half the size but its now covered in case it gets a sprinkle.  im also able to push the LED's to override the dash in case i want to turn something on.  in the pic below the ignition, bilge pump, and blower are on.  relay #2 is the starter and #5 is lights.

What store do you get all your electrical stuff from? I'm planning on doing some of my switches over and I'd like to get fuses on all of my stuff.

theres an electronics store by my house in huntington beach called JK Electronics.  I got the box, relay mount, leds, and fuses.  and i ended up finding the bosch relays at a swapmeet in long beach.  bosch relays are hard to find and MOST places will sell you the china knockoffs. The switches came from West Marine as I wanted something brass/stainless that would hold up to the elements and not turn to rusted crap like most vatozone/pepboys junk.
