So after setting the one gunnel support up and glassing it down with west systems epoxy.....i gotta say im very impressed with this stuff...

its super easy to use....no guess work mixing the resin and hardener...and its tough as all hell. I got in the boat and put some good pressure on it and it didnt budge or even make a sound...where the shit at home depot I would lay up several layers and the crap was very brittle.

I love this stuff. never again will I use anything else for my fiberglass needs.

Not to mention not having to use class 3 SCBA gear to use it.....Still stinks, but more like a home permanent...

You're right....today I stuffed my face in the bucket and just before I inhaled, I thought to myself "this is a stupid idea"...but to my surprise, there was no smell at all....that home depot shit stinks up my garage for days.

Anyways, I got the other support in...now just waiting for it to kick.

Its like watching paint dry.
