Alright let the Gel Coat Battles Begin..

I snapped a couple pics to show you guys the spots that need some love. Theres two spots were the (paint) ran and a couple spots on the bow were its cracking. Im a total Newbie on gel coat and i need help and instructions from you fellas. How to wetsand what kind what wax and polish... Help me Please... I wanna get the new haul tits on gel before i swap motor and gauges and all that other shit... Thanks Homies!!! Call or text or respond thanks!

Are those rims chrome? Kind of hard to teel from apic.
One way to do it is to get some fine steel wool and start rubbing.

Eagle One chrome wheel cleaner, quickest and easiest way... Hope you bought tires...

I agree with drew the chrome powder does look great and is damn near 1/4 of the coat of chrome!!

Do you have all the stuff to powder coat them? They cleaned up pretty good I just need to get the rust off.

The rust is easy. Sos pad and the polish with good old fashioned chrome polish from turtle wax

000 steel wool with the turtle wax chrome polish... Works wonders. Good call cliffjumper

Just run passenger tires, they are nearly half the cost of trailer tires. And pretty much any tire place should have a decent selection in stock for 14-16" rims.

Well, the river was rad as fuck! First day out boat ran decent enough but... Next day I blew my fucking motor up... Yeah yeah no I'm not buying a 454 unless someone wants to donate one! I'm gonna start pulling the motor apart and have it pulled hopefully this weekend. I'll post some pics of the motor rebuild process. And... Of course the progress pics on the new syndicate.

Honestly, wasn't pushing it at all. When I first got the boat I knew it was burning oil and it was tired. It's slow as shit and has no pick up haha. I'm gonna pull the heads tommorow and see what the fuck is going on. I'll post pics up when I get it apart. I just wanna get it reliable and faster for the new boat.
