the best part is that she will appreciate all of her hard work and be proud of it.  hell i bet if you showed someone the before and after they wouldnt believe she did all of that. its hard to get kids these days off of facebook let alone put in hours shining something up.

Yah laziness in children is getting worse now a days but the main problem with that is parents. I have been extremely fortunate with this little girl, when I married her mother two and a half years ago we got along but there was always that stand off ish attitude. It seems that my adhd has actually brought us together closer than i ever though we could be, i cant sit still, always moving doing something. If its not the boat, its the RC short course trucks, RC rock crawlers, chevelle, wheeling in my 84 k5, messing around in the garage or just doin things around the house and yard work and all the while she's right by my side. I think my insanity amuses her to some degree but I'm pretty sure she just enjoys my crazy ideas but we are damn near inseparable. And between our shenanigans and her softball and gymnastics this little girl is just like me. Just wont stop or say no to a challenge or learning something new and that's why she's as skinny as an Ethiopian, 10 years old and only 64 pounds.

You know how I know god has a sense of humor........he gave me two girls.

Glass work is all done. Gonna have my brother pick up some of the west structural filler stuff and fill in some 1/8 low spots and help shape it and then paint time

Getting closer, got it cleaned up and all the fairing crap smeared on. Tomorrow will be filled with more sanding and applying 2 more coats of resin. Gonna take Monday off and paint the bottom hopefully.

Just gonna expand the        =>       Shape on the intake by 8 inches either side and bring it forward another 14 inches and paint it silver instead of white.

Why more resin?

Just curious..

If you are using fairing compound, just get it smooth, block it with some 400 or 600, shoot some sealer and paint it. Done!

What kind of paint are you using? I like to use what the paint manufacturer recommends. The last couple jobs we did we used some stuff from PPG, I will get the name for you.
