I can't sell the Hallett, but Bill Scotten is coming to my shop next week to go over details on a brand new 18' with a trailer 😁

Very nice! More reason to sell lol. Have Bennett do the bottom and jack or Chris set the intake. Try and shoot for around a 450- 500lb layup. Get a motor with around 1000-1,100hp and your have more fun than Bruce Jenner in a co-ed  bathroom.

Sticking with electric motors, I'm going green. Haven't decided on what to do for a motor. I was checking out the GM Performance 572. No NOS for this guy. Thanks for the advice 👍🏻

Not a problem anything around the 600-650 mark will put you in a respectfully 85-90 mph boat.

Ya shouldn't be that hard. Just build a 500hp motor and spray a 48 jet! Oh and have a big scoop for the other 100hp

Go read the rules, I didn't see anything saying against a v-drive. I also seen a few V-drives and I/o boats at the event so why not.

Good times Dennis! Johnny's boat came out great...thing is beautiful. We will be at our place next WE for the maiden voyage. Looking forward to some good times this summer. I am having an absolute blast with my boat. Sooo happy with it. Once johnny installs the squeeze I am very curious to see how she runs.

Yes sir! That was a lot of fun! Johnnys boat should run real hard on the bottle. Can't wait to get up there again and hang out. I'll be out next weekend as well but staying at mclyntre to do a lil testing.
