end in sight yeah it is the bottom of my wallet, this is what i now spend on fuel per month for one truck a 2005 silverado crew cab 1500 (not a 4wheel drive) 4200.00 which is about 150.00 per day cash try that out it what i have to do to stay in business

I have heard a possible $200 oil by the end of the year. If that happens, we are in deep because with gas around $5.00 and current oil at around $125 to $130 per bbl can you imagine gas per gal with $200 oil

It has to go down. The problem is with our govt. If they were to let us drill, we still cannot refine. If they let us drill and refine, it would IMO take years, if ever, for us to become independent of imported oil.

The estimation was 10 years to be able to drill and refine our own oil......

well i just checked the mpg on the tahoe and its only 22 mpg and the silverado gets 20 and they range from 55-65k so scratch that idea

im feeling ya brothers....im sending my big tow pig to service on monday for some more warranty stuff, and will start to drive my civic hatch showcar again, even though its a turbo car i spend about 45 a week instead of a 120 for my diesel, just got to do it...i think its time for a clear bra, to keep those nasty rock chips off it!!

One of my customers just put one of those fitch fuel catalyst systems on his truck. He said he gained 3 miles per gallon on the highway! He is driving a 1996 dodge 2500 gasoline 4 wheel drive pickup with the 5.9 liter motor in it and he drives to phoenix from san diego every week so I imagine he knows his gas milage pretty well. My truck is getting one as soon as they have the one for my truck back in stock. They work on gas and diesel fuel.

And where will we be in 5 years? If we don't drill, in 5 years gas will be 10 bucks a gallon or more, then the excuse will be, but it will take years!

I agree! Let's start with Mexico - they have plenty of oil, and we have plenty of thier citizens.

I have no problem taking over another country to get their oil - But where's my OIL???

IMO I think that it is a strategic game that the govt is playing, meaning the US will be the last man standing after the rest of the world's oil has been consumed. Before it is all said and done, you will be able to look off the coast of CA and see nothing but platforms.
